We are a London based planning consultancy that undertakes work on a broad range of PROJECT TYPES, from small residential extensions to large mixed use developments. So, if you have a planning problem, planning refusal, or a new project idea, we hope that you will browse our website, download some case examples and CONTACT US.

We promote planning applications, progress schemes to planning permission stage, work on planning problems and refusals and undertake planning appeals. We also provide planning services at the 'front end', becoming involved at the early stages of a project, inc. undertaking feasibility studies. Our Planner is a Chartered Town Planner and a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (go to the RTPI)

Our work can also include consultant coordination and development pipeline management of large property portfolios. And iIf a scheme fails at planning stage, then we progress planning appeals by written representations, informal hearing and public inquiry.
